The Position and Responsibilities

As a CoPilot Studio Developer, you will be placed in our DEX team (Digital Employee Experience) within the IT Workplace department. The IT Workplace department, with about 40 employees, delivers digital services that enable modern working methods across Sveriges Radio.

In the role of CoPilot Studio Developer, you will be responsible for accelerating the use of AI throughout the company. You will work on developing, customizing, and integrating CoPilot Studio agents and bots with the goal of increasing productivity across the organization. This role is new at Sveriges Radio, and you will have a significant impact on how the role, operations, and our processes are executed. Your workplace will be at our office in Stockholm, and we apply remote work a few days a week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and optimize AI solutions with CoPilot Studio
  • Ensure that AI applications have seamless access to qualitative data sources and work on making data and information, both structured and unstructured, accessible
  • Identify needs that can be met by AI technology, align AI initiatives with business goals, and ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable value
  • Design, test, and optimize AI prompts and scripts

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree in IT, computer science, AI, or equivalent
  • Experience leading AI projects and implementing AI solutions in an organization based on business needs
  • Experience with CoPilot Studio and Azure
  • Experience with C#/, Python, or other relevant programming languages
  • Understanding of GenAI, RAG, and LLM

Employment Conditions

We offer a permanent full-time position with an initial six-month probationary period. You are welcome to join us as soon as possible or by agreement.

Sveriges Radio is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure and plays an important role in total defense. Our operations are subject to regulations regarding security protection, and therefore a background check of candidates for many of the positions in our operations is conducted before employment occurs.
